- No setup fee. inFlow lists a $499 one-time onboarding package, marked required above its entry plan, plus paid add-ons for API access, serial numbers and lot numbers.
- It counts with no signal. inFlow Cloud’s own minimum-requirements page lists a high-speed internet connection and documents no offline mode.

Where inFlow Inventory is the better choice
- inFlow does not cap products either — unlimited on every plan, exactly like us. Anyone selling you a product-limit advantage over inFlow is wrong.
- inFlow is a real inventory-management system: manufacturing and assemblies, serial numbers, lot numbers, and an API. trakr has none of those and is not trying to.
- inFlow supports rugged handhelds with built-in laser scanners. So does trakr Inventory, so treat this as a tie rather than a difference.
- inFlow’s trial takes no credit card, the same as ours.
Choose trakr when
You want to start counting today rather than make a purchase decision first. trakrGo is free at full size, and trakr Inventory’s trial takes no card either — so the whole evaluation costs nothing.
Choose inFlow Inventory when
You need manufacturing, serial or lot tracking, or an API to push stock into another system. inFlow has all three, some as paid add-ons, and trakr has none of them. Budget for the $499 onboarding as well as the subscription.
