Yes. There's no trial period, no credit card and no limit on products. trakrGo is free for one location, permanently.
What does an extra user cost in trakrGo?
$10 per user. It's a one-time purchase made in the app through the App Store or Google Play — not a monthly subscription. Buy as many as you need. Stores show local currency, so prices may differ outside the US.
Who owns the users I buy?
Your company account does, not the phone or the person who paid. If a teammate leaves, edit their user details to give the seat to someone else.
I bought seats on a different phone. How do I get them back?
Just sign in. Seats are attached to your company account and come with it. There's also a Restore Purchases button on the Users screen.
Can I get a refund for a user I bought?
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded under Apple's or Google's refund policies.
Can trakrGo have more than one location?
No. trakrGo is built for one location and will stay that way. For more locations, choose trakr Inventory.
Is there a web version of trakrGo?
No, trakrGo is mobile-only. The web dashboard comes with trakr Inventory.
Can I export my data?
Yes, on every plan and at no cost. Export any list to CSV or PDF whenever you like.
How is trakr Inventory billed?
Monthly by credit card on our website. Annual billing is available and gives you two months free.
Is there a free trial of trakr Inventory?
Yes — 14 days, and no card is required up front.
Can I move from trakrGo to trakr Inventory?
Yes. Your company is upgraded in place — products, counts, history and users all carry over, and your team keeps using the same app.
Do I need to buy a barcode scanner?
No. Your phone's camera is a scanner. Dedicated scanners and label printers are optional.
