Who we are
trakrSuite Inc. publishes this website and the trakrGo and trakr Inventory apps. You can reach us at support@trakrsuite.com about anything in this policy, including a request to see, correct or delete what we hold.
What this website collects
Two things measure traffic here, and neither is used for advertising. The first is our own analytics, running on our own servers and setting no cookies at all. It records:
- The page you viewed, when, and the page that referred you.
- UTM parameters, if you arrived from a campaign link.
- Which buttons and links were clicked, and how far down a page was read.
- An opaque random identifier stored in your browser, so repeat visits can be counted without identifying you. It contains nothing about you and is never matched against anything else.
- The country your request came from, and a hashed form of your IP address. The salt used for that hash is replaced every day, so the same address does not produce the same value tomorrow. Raw IP addresses are not stored.
The second is Google Analytics 4. It sets a cookie in your browser so that repeat visits can be recognised, and it reports to us in aggregate: which pages are read, roughly where in the world readers are, and which links bring people here. Google processes that data as our processor under its own terms, and we have not enabled advertising features, remarketing or data sharing for advertising purposes.
We use both to understand which pages are useful and which are not. Neither is sold, shared with advertisers, or used to build a profile of you. You can opt out of Google Analytics everywhere with Google's browser add-on, or block the script with any content blocker — the site works exactly the same either way.
When you contact us
If you book a demo, we store what you type into the form: your name, work email, company, phone number if you give one, the number of locations you run, your industry, how you count today, and any notes. We use it to reply to you and to prepare the demo. We do not sell it or pass it to advertisers.
What the app holds
Your account and the inventory data in it — products, photos, counts, picks, receipts, tasks and users — belong to your company account, not to a device or to the person who paid for a seat. Work done offline is stored on the device until it syncs.
You can sign in with an email address or by continuing with Google or Apple. Where you use Google or Apple sign-in, that provider confirms your identity to us; we receive the account details needed to create and match your trakr account.
Getting your data out, or deleting it
- Export: any list can be exported to CSV or PDF, free, on every plan.
- Delete your account: from Settings in the app, or email support@trakrsuite.com and we will do it for you.
- Access or correction: email us and we will tell you what we hold and fix anything that is wrong.
Children
trakr is a tool for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
