Start a count for one storage area, one category, or a quick mixed spot check. Scan, tap the quantity on a big keypad, move on. Counts save automatically, and you review everything before you finish.
A catalog that looks like your shelves.
Add up to five photos per product, barcodes, cost and retail price, a minimum stock level and two custom fields of your own — like supplier or lot number. Scanning a book's ISBN fills in the title and cover for you.
Know what's low before it's gone.
Your dashboard shows what's low, what's on order, recent activity and your tasks. Once a week, trakr sends a low-stock summary by email and push notification, so you don't have to open the app to find out.
Pick, receive, and see every movement.
Build picklists, pick items against a PO, work order or reference number, and receive deliveries with the PO and invoice number attached. Every pick, receipt and adjustment appears in the product's activity history.
