Your stock levels do not
trakr derives on-hand from counts rather than from a file, so the first count is what sets your opening numbers. It is one extra step, and it is the reason the numbers can be trusted afterwards.

Questions about switching
Do I have to map the columns by hand?
No. A Sortly export is recognised automatically, so the columns line up without you touching them.
Will my quantities come across?
No, and that is deliberate. Stock levels in trakr come from counting. Import the catalog, run one count, and your opening numbers are numbers somebody actually saw.
How big can the file be?
Up to 5 MB or 5,000 rows per import. Split a larger catalog across a few files.
What does it cost to move?
Nothing. trakrGo is free forever for one location, with no cap on products.
Can I keep using my existing barcodes?
Yes. Whatever barcodes are in the export stay with the products, and the phone camera reads them.
