This website
Measurement, not advertising
Two things count visits: our own analytics, and Google Analytics. That is the only third-party script on the site — no ad pixels, no session recorder, and nothing sold on.
Our own analytics sets no cookies
We count page views and which links get clicked, using an opaque random id kept in your browser. It tells us nothing about who you are.
IPs are hashed, never stored
In our own analytics, visitor IP addresses are hashed with a salt that rotates every day, so yesterday’s hash cannot be matched to today’s.
The app
Your company owns the account
Users, seats and data belong to the company account, not to a phone or to the person who paid.
Roles decide who does what
Control who can count, edit the catalog or manage users. trakr Inventory adds an activity log of who changed what.
Sign in your way
Email, or continue with Google or Apple. Face ID or fingerprint after the first time.
On the device, then the server
Offline work is stored on the phone until it syncs. Photos upload when there is a connection.
Export whenever you like
Any list, to CSV or PDF, free on every plan. Leaving should be as easy as arriving.
Deletion on request
Delete your account from Settings in the app, or ask us and we will do it.
Data questions
Does this website use cookies?
Yes, but only for measurement. Google Analytics sets a cookie so repeat visits can be recognised. Our own analytics sets no cookies at all — it keeps an opaque random id in your browser's local storage and nothing else. Nothing here is used for advertising.
Do you store my IP address?
Not in our own analytics: IP addresses are hashed with a salt that rotates daily and are never stored raw. Google Analytics handles IP addresses under Google's own terms and does not log them for us.
Who can see my inventory data?
Your company account controls it. Roles decide who on your team can do what, and trakr Inventory keeps an activity log of who changed what.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, at any time. Export any list to CSV or PDF, free on every plan.
How do I delete my account?
From Settings in the app, or email support@trakrsuite.com and we will do it for you.
How do I sign in?
With an email address, or by continuing with Google or Apple. After that, Face ID or a fingerprint on the device.
