What is trakr?

What's the difference between trakrGo and trakr Inventory?
trakrGo is free for one location. trakr Inventory adds multiple locations, a web dashboard, reports, asset tracking and hardware support. Compare →
What devices are supported?
iPhone, iPad, and Android phones and tablets — iOS 16 or later, Android 10 or later.
How do I sign up?
Download trakrGo and create your company with email, Google or Apple.
Products & counting
How many products can I add?
In trakrGo, unlimited.
How many photos per product?
Up to five.
Can I add my own fields?
Yes, two custom fields per location.
Can I import my existing list?
Yes, from a CSV file — up to 5 MB or 5,000 rows per import. Sortly exports are recognized automatically.
Why didn't my stock quantities import?
Stock levels in trakr come from counting. Import your catalog, then run one count — your starting numbers are then real, not copied.
Offline & sync
Does trakr work offline?
Yes. Counts, new products, picks and receipts are saved on your device and sync automatically.
What needs a connection?
Signing in for the first time, syncing, photo uploads and a few live views like the low-stock card.
Scanning & printing
Do I need a scanner?
No, your phone camera works. See Supported hardware for optional devices.
Which label printers work?
Brother label printers over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, plus any printer your phone can print to through the standard print dialog.
Account & billing
How much is an extra user in trakrGo?
$10 each, one-time, in the app.
Can I export my data?
Yes, CSV or PDF, on every plan.
How do I delete my account?
From Settings in the app, or email support@trakrsuite.com and we'll do it for you.
